Highly recommend. Called this morning and left a message to get my dryer looked at as it wasn’t heating. Got a return call within a couple hours and he came out same day. Diagnosed the issue, walked me through everything and quoted an incredibly fair price. Had the dryer back up and running in about an hour. One of the better service experiences I’ve had.

Dave Ramm recently came out to repair our LG washer. It was literally flooding the house because it had a faulty water sensor that tells the water to shut off... On our first call, Dave coached us through shutting off the water supply to stop the immediate problem. He came out the next day, carefully diagnosed the problem and had a solution in no time.  He took his time to explain our options to us and he was easy to work with.  He ordered the part, fixed the machine and now it runs like new!!!
